1. Create a GRIP folder in Google Drive
2. Store large project files in Drive folders
3. Keep the Drive share link inside GRIP
4. Download a GRIP backup regularly for records and settings

True automatic two-way syncing between Mac and phone still needs a hosted database later. Drive is the clean no-hosting home for the big files.

Current build: GRIP 2026.05.05

Dashboard now includes data quality, proposal aging, and recently updated activity.
Accounts, projects, and proposals can be archived from active views instead of only deleted.
Account profiles can be exported as printer-friendly PDFs.
Proposal and project saves now check required fields before saving.
Recommended deployment: S3 or Cloudflare as the official copy, local Mac as backup/dev.
